2 days / 2h of static tense positions in bed… besides nahia… i know is not something too explosive and “obvious” as exercise but it’s good enough ari, as guruji says, sometimes is better one solution that no solution
1 because at least i keep up with the goal
2 i like that i use my imsonia time to do something, it seems less of a problem if i embody a meditation
3 i can be more conscious of the sensations, everything is more subtle
