TRAVEL LOG DAY 32, INTO THE WAY OF THE BODY

yes! i did it. one month in. not perfect but good enough, more than good enough, it’s great, i feel great, fantastic… i sticked to it and im going to keep doing it till it becomes my second nature.

the first vow was to do some exercize daily, at least 2h per day. For the following months i will increase the intensity of the 2h trainning, adding also some hourly shaken up and some “sportive” cleaning of the house.

The next challenge i wanted to face is to reduce my intake of “comercial” foods consuming mainly wild plants, as juice but maybe sometimes also cooked. That’s a big big BIG dream i had since a long time, and i feel the time is now to try to do something about it.
