it’s difficult with nahia here to find time during the weekends. but we did some running circuit around the house together, that was fun. the good news are that i found some natural pills to help me to sleep. during 2020 i screw completely my already half broken patterns of sleep, due to the live readings of bhagavatam and the whole spiritual excitement afterwards… for some reason that i can not yet understand, since the beggining of the vedic philosophy course, i prefer to see them live, and then to relisten… it just feels better. but the b side of that commitment is that i lose track of what was a correct resting time. so if this year i manage to come back to a healthy rythm that would be amazing.
by the way, the last attempt to stick to my vows was an absolute failure, im used to those, that’s totally fine… i’m going to try againg tonight or tomorrow
